Your safety needs are met thru all our workouts, with Yoga added for the chill-vibe in your life. Our specialty is working with women and girls. Our safe environment provides a culture for women to feel comfortable in class, learning a traditionally ‘men’s discipline. The grat thing about how we teach and run our programs is that you don’t need to wear uniforms, and there is no testing.
