Get Fit Challenge
Look for this workout to be added to our regular Schedule come January 2020! Previously, the Get Fit Challenge was a 6-week Program, and run as a closed group. It will now be available to everyone!
For non-rhythmical exercisers, this is the perfect workout that provides HIIT training, heavy bags work, and multiple methods and timings to kick your body into a higher metabolism.
When you begin to workout, your body adapts and actually begins to create more energy.
Physical fitness gets the entire body activated, which will enhance the ways which are bodies heal themselves. You can make a huge difference in your health.
Just know that weight loss is a bonus that comes with our workouts.
