MINORSAN PHILSOPHY
Minorsan Philosophy honors and respects everyone for their given skills and abilities.
Everyone develops their skills and abilities based on what their bodies already know, therefore anyone can do this.
Minorsan Philosophy provides each person with options to all exercises, as it is customized according to their particular body structure and needs. Learning is easier with this method, since each person knows they’re not expected to be like anyone else.
Our philosophy treats members as a priority
Your current skill levels are taken into account, so everyone feels comfortable. Our philosophy implores respect and safety as the highest priorities, and this sets the ambiance of the Studio. All participants are treated equally, and all participants are expected to treat everyone else the same.
Minorsan’s philosophy supports all members in doing their best, given that they know everything recommended is working towards their safety. Community is an important part of our Studio, as it’s the cornerstone of all we do.
Minorsan Philosophy builds your Confidence into a life of Fearlessness
Our priority is maintaining a well-balanced and positive atmosphere for working out, training, and learning. Discrimination and disrespect, of any kind whatsoever, are not allowed.
Participants also get stronger, and much more knowledgeable about their options for staying as safe as possible, getting fit & healthy, and living a better-balanced life.
Not like any gym at all
We provide a safe, productive, and fun learning environment for everyone, differing from a gym floor atmosphere. Instructors strive to help individuals gain inner power, thereby building confidence in their bodies.
Members feel better about who they are in this world because they gain more inner strength & power (self-confidence & esteem). The knowledge allows them to make better and smarter choices.
“Change can only happen one person at a time, and it begins with you.” ~ Clara E Minor

Children's Philosophy
Children at MINORSAN are treated with respect. They have yet to find their true inner power, devoid of outside negative influences (which can often destroy self-esteem and confidence). Our philosophy is to treat them with respect, as this helps tremendously in building their self-esteem.
In each of our workshops, we provide all children with the tools necessary to develop a part of themselves, which in turn, allows them to make better choices. With this intention, they become successful young persons, and continue on into adulthood with true life-success skills and strategies. These qualities cultivate leadership.
All material is age-specific for the particular children in any group. We also take into account their learning styles and any learning challenges, as this helps us deliver more suitable material.
Training methods are taught with Children’s well-being a top priority. Emotional, mental, and physical well-being are the cornerstones of our training philosoophy. Our objective is to diminish fear, not create more, thereby empowering the child.
Discipline is a personal responsibility, and they learn to be accountable to themselves, to their parents/caregivers, and to their teachers/instructors.
Leaders Learn Greatness... What is Your Child Learning?
By self-powering children with the knowledge acquired through training, they not only feel better about themselves as they gain inner strength & power, but they also get stronger, and become much more knowledgeable about their options for staying as safe as possible. They learn to live a healthy, vibrant and productive life. This gives them the ability to contribute to the greater good of society, and become its new leaders.

“I needed something that would make me feel powerful
again. That’s when I found Minorsan.”
“…the longest I’ve been able to stick with a workout
routine as an adult. The classes are hard but rewarding
and fun.”
“You just have to start. And doing it alongside a group of
women who cheer each other on? That changes
everything.”
“Body Pump classes helped me rehab from a major
medical trauma many years ago. I could never keep up
with her (Clara)! She teaches many different
empowerment classes every week.”
“Halted when I got pregnant and took ten years off to
raise my kids. Only to return to a Team of Love and
Respect. I Smile every time I leave and am reminded of
the power Within, All of Us”
“Killer workouts, an accepting, welcoming and
encouraging community (staff and members) that make it
feel like a second home and less like a “gym.” I always
look forward to going to the classes and especially how
incredible I feel after; I feel stronger, more empowered
and know that’s just what I needed.”
“I feel empowered and confident from the FighterFit
classes, learning self-defense techniques that can be
applied in real world situations. The Kickaerobix classes
are a fun way to get moving and get any emotions out
into a punching bag! I also love the Bodypump classes
here, they have definitely made me stronger, inside and
out!”
“Every time I walk out of her doors, my mood and energy
levels are recharged, and my confidence is through the
roof! Clara always instills some pertinent self-care
wisdom, reaching beyond the walls of her classrooms…I
feel healthier, stronger, happier, and more confident in
my ability to not only defend myself if I’m attacked, but
also how to trust my instincts when my spidey-senses are
going off and how to use my voice, posture, and
situational awareness to avoid being attacked in the first
place.”
