My name is Julie Graff. Exercise has always been a very important part of my life. When I was young I participated in a variety of sports. While I still play soccer, I have found a love for a multitude of gym classes including bodypump, kickboxing and HITT.
In 2016 I signed up for the Minorsan Challenge and was immediately hooked. After successfully completing the 6 week challenge, I was asked if I wanted to train to teach Kick Aerobics and HITT classes. I of course said yes.
I love teaching and enjoy sharing my passion for exercising by encouraging, motivating and helping people reach their own fitness goals while they participate in my classes.
In my spare time I enjoy coaching my daughters soccer team and my sons baseball team. I mountain bike with my husband and volunteer at my kids school.
